Return and Refund Policy

However, we understand there may be occasions when you need to return or exchange a product. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and exchanges are accepted. Please review it carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Return Window

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Returns are accepted for any reason, including change of mind, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

2. Eligibility & Conditions

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:

  • Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Include clear photos of the issue when you contact us.
  • We will provide a prepaid return label in these cases.

Other Returns (Change of Mind, Wrong Size/Colour):

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact.

Condition on Return:

  • Items returned used, damaged, or missing parts/packaging may be declined or subject to a partial refund at our discretion.

3. How to Start a Return

a. Email us at info@zenviaessentials.co.uk with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for the return
  • Photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

b. Our team will review your request within 2 business days and send you return instructions or a prepaid label (if eligible).

c. Unless we provide a prepaid label, please ship your return using a trackable service and keep the receipt as proof.

4. Return Costs

  • Return shipping is covered by Zenvia Essentials only for approved defective/damaged/incorrect items reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • For all other returns, the customer pays return shipping.
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or denial by email.
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within up to 7 business days.
  • Depending on your bank/card issuer, it may take additional time for the credit to appear.
  • We’ll email you once your refund has been processed.

6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the desired item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead.

7. Lost or Delayed Returns

  • If you use your own carrier, Zenvia Essentials isn’t responsible for returns lost in transit. Please use a trackable service and keep proof of postage.
  • If we issued a prepaid label and a parcel is lost, we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it.

8. Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale/clearance items (unless defective on arrival)
  • Products returned with missing parts, damage, or signs of installation/use
