Q: Who pays for return shipping?

A: If you received the wrong or a damaged item, we’ll cover the return shipping cost. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Q: When will I get my refund?

A: Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 7 business days back to your original payment method.
